CNA mean Certified Nursing Assistant which is a nursing course, which can be done either by going regular CNA classes or by online. The main objective of CNA is communicating with patients by caring patients regularly to make them feel comfort and to know their needs and interests. The overall thing of patient caring and communicating to make them comfort will be explained in regular CNA classes by giving practical training and theoretical knowledge in different levels.
CNA is the important link in health care organizations, so there is more demand in today’s date as a result there are lot of institutions opened for this certification. After completing CNA classes they have to follow the commands given by doctors and they will perform only the actions suggested by doctors. The main character CNA should have is caring for the patients and no matter what the CNA role and work. It may look simple for externals but the CNA is required for monitoring and caring patients who are in extreme conditions. Based on the syllabus different events will be conducted by lecturers also in practical classes they will be taken around patients to know the real scenarios. As few marks will be reserved for project work all the students will participate willingly with lot of interest and will learn the things carefully.
The content of syllabus includes few main topics like checking Blood pressure, temperature, pulse and respiration. After examining these tests they will be treating them as per defined procedure or protocols. CNA syllabus will also include measuring height, weight details and taking the heart beat rate. In regular CNA classes mainly they will teach how to interact with patients and how to help them in performing their activities when they are hospitalized.
